Explain : dsca.exe

I am having Dell computer at my place. I want to know what do you mean by "dsca.exe" ? Does anybody has the information about this file ? please explain....

Is it a virus file or an ordinary program file ? kindly provide "dsca.exe" file information.......thanks

The dsca.exe program is a software program for Dell support. It is a remote support program that will run in your system startup.
This is not virus, adware, or spyware related in any way. If you thinking of deleting or removing files on your computer as a spyware removal protection method, then please note that this file is considered safe and does not need to be removed.
This dsca.exe file is most probably already pre-installed on your computer since the day you purchased it.

The dsca.exe file is a process which is related to DELL online support.

This process file located at -
"C:\Program Files\Dell Support Center\gs_agent\custom\dsca.exe"

dsca.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files" or sometimes in a subfolder of C:\. The file size on Windows XP is 16,384 bytes.
The program has a visible window. There is no file information. The process is loaded during the Windows boot process (see Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run). File dsca.exe is not a Windows system file. dsca.exe seems to be a compressed file.
