How to change boot order from cd on Windows Xp

I'm running Windows Xp as my operating system. I would like to know that how can i change boot order from a cd. Can any body tell me that how can i do so? Does any body knows about it? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue. Any kind of help on the above issue would be appreciated.

For that you need to hold your f11 key from start-up in order to see if that brings up a menu with a 'boot from CD/DVD' option. Then you will need to press it about 2 or 3 seconds into the boot sequence.

You need to just follow the below steps mention.

1. You need to Right-Click on My Computer and tthen select properties
2. Then from the System Properties window you need to select the Advanced tab.
3. Then try to push the Settings button under Startup and Recovery.
4. Then you need to select the default OS from the Default operating system dropdown box.
5. And finally you ned to click on OK twice. That's it and your job is done.

That will depend on your model of your PC, then you need to access your BIOS by pressing the F5, Delete or F8 key. Then you need to select the Advanced BIOS Features and choose the select the sequence for your boot device.
