    Is it possible to right click on cmd batch file and try to open it in a directory

    I would like to know that it is possible for me to have a right click on cmd batch file and try to open it in a directory. Is it possible for me to do so? Does any body knows that how can i do it? Kindly provide me the correct solution on the above issue. By the way i'm running the old Windows 98 as my operating system.

    Just follow the below steps mention.
    • Firstly open your windows explorer.
    • Then click on Tools and then select Folder Options.
    • Then click on File Types Tab.
    • Then try to select the Folder file type.
    • Now click on Advanced tab.
    • Then click on New.
    • Now for the Action type what ever you want the context menu to display, used your Command Prompt.
    • Then for the Application used to perform the action use c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe

    A right-click on any MS-DOS Program would open a Property-Window, in which you will get the option Close after Exit can be selected. If you weant you can check out the following link.
