You just have to remove the small battery from the inside of the laptop for the bios, and the jumper for clearing the CMOS. If it still doesnt work then all you need to do is flash the BIOS version of your toshiba satellite laptop, so that the bios passwords gets reset and will be either set to default or you will have to manually input the password.
