CorelIOMonitor.exe, Windows - No Disk error

I am getting this Windows no disk error message again and again. The message is like this,
    CorelIOMonitor.exe, no disk in drive

The error comes every time I eject disk from the DVD drive. This is really irritating as every time I eject any disk, I have to cancel this error message. How can I stop this message?

Download and install msconfig.exe from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Start -> Run Type 'msconfig' in the box and say OK. Choose the last tab on the right entitled Startup. In the list you'll find every little item that starts up automatically when you boot to Windows. Go through the list till you find that CorelIOMonitor.exe. Uncheck the box on the left side of that line. Close msconfig and say Yes when it asks to reboot.

Once you've booted, you'll get a screen that says blah blah 'Selective Startup' so just check that box that says don't show me this box again.

If you keep getting CorelIOMonitor.exe errors, you may have registry errors.
Some malware camouflage themselves as CorelIOMonitor.exe, particularly if they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder. Thus check the CorelIOMonitor.exe process on your pc whether it is pest.

Open Task Manager, locate CorelIOMonitor.exe, and End it. Next open the MS Configuration utility, Start -> Run -> then type in msconfig. In msconfig, go to the Start Up tab, scroll down to locate the CorelIOMonitor, and uncheck the box beside it. You will need to reboot.

If you have Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 installed, try these steps to solve the issue.

Start -> Control Panel (if you are using Classic View, skip to step 4) -> System and Maintenance -> Performance Information and Tools -> Manage Startup Programs (on the left under Tasks).

Search through the Startup Programs Category for CorelIOMonitor.exe and change it to disabled. You might have to click the button "Show for all users" to be able to disable it (it will be greyed out otherwise).

Also remember to terminate CorelIOMonitor.exe in your Task Manager or wait until you reboot.
