Windows 7 RC1 errors

Hey guys, I just downloaded the Windows 7 beta (build 7100, 32-bit). I'm having a little trouble running some features in it:

1. First off, it's as slow as a 500MHz. Could this be my video card lagging, or my processor power?
2. Every time I open IE8, it cannot load any web page. It crashes trying to load MSN.

As stated above, I am running it in 32-bit. However, I just found out today that my processor (AMD Athlon 64 3000+ at 1.89GHz) is 64-bit. Could this be a problem?

• 1 GHz processor (32- or 64-bit)
• 1 GB of RAM (32-bit); 2 GB of RAM (64-bit)
• 16 GB of available disk space (32-bit); 20 GB of avaiable disk space (64-bit)
• DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

1.89GHz processor
1GB of RAM
120GB Hard Drive
DirectX... 10 or 11?

I think you should try the RC it is the final version of test,,, beta had many bugs in it,,, it is fixed in RC .
