    Hey!
One such distribution i am aware of is Ubuntu's variant : Ubuntu Studio

Ubuntu Studio is a multimedia editing/creation flavor of Ubuntu, built for the GNU/Linux audio, video, and graphics enthusiast or professional. The Ubuntu Studio team announced its fifth release: Ubuntu Studio 9.04. With this release, which you can download in a 1.2GB DVD, Ubuntu Studio offers a pre-made selection of packages, targeted at audio, video and graphics users. Ubuntu Studio greatly simplifies the creation of Linux-based multimedia workstations.
You can find it at Ubuntu's website... Have fun!

    Hey!
    Another One is ArtistX :
ArtistX is a free live GNU/Linux DVD which turns a common computer into a full multimedia production studio. It is based on Ubuntu GNU/Linux and contains nearly all the available free audio, 2D and 3D graphics, and video software for the GNU/Linux computing platform. It doesn't need to be installed, and boots directly into a running system without touching hard drives. The files produced with ArtistX can be easily stored on USB devices or CD/DVD medium while it is running. ArtistX 0.6 is based on the great Remastersys software for creating live cd's and includes the 2.6.27 Kernel, Gnome 2.24 and KDE 4.2, Compiz Fusion and about 2500 free multimedia software, nearly everything that exists for the GNU/Linux operating system.

    Hey!
    One more :
64 Studio is a free operating system based on Debian designed for creative users on x86-64 and legacy 32-bit hardware architectures. It intends to serve as an all-in-one solution for audio and video recording, editing, and other forms of media production. Since 64 Studio is distributed with a free software license, anyone with a 64-bit computer can install it on their computer (in place of or alongside the well-known Windows operating system). An alternative installer is available for systems with 32-bit processors.
    Happy Editing..!
