Error message mspostsp.exe

Hello all,
I have desktop running windows XP. When i start my computer, it starts normally. But after few minutes i get the following message: "In mspostsp.exe is a problem and needs to close. We apologize for this non-make" I am getting this continuously after some minutes. Can anyone help?

Remove mspostsp.exe Processes from Task Manager:

• Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to open Task Manager
• Go to Processes Tab
• Search and select the "mspostsp.exe" process
• Click on the "End Process" button
