    Blue Screen - Vista

    Any ideas on the source of the problem I could look into?

    The last thing updated was my ATI Video driver as it was causing the computer to simple reboot itself (no blue screen) when I tried to play videos on the external screen from dvi or hdmi out. Reinstalling the driver fixed the problem, and that was a week ago. Aside from that no changes have been made to the system, and the bluescreen happened while using firefox, and since then I have tried disabling multiple programs, including firefox, to no avail.

    What is your computer specifications? Any hardware changes recently done? Is this a new install? Prior to this blue screen was your computer working fine? Please be more specific to get an appropriate answer.

    Do a system restore to the date when your system was working witout any problem. Uninstall the drivers for the ATI Radeon HD 3200 and download the fresh installation from here : http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx

    If doesn't solves your issue then you can also try a repair install.
