Re: APVXDWIN.exe - Unable to Locate Component

Hello , VCL50.BPL Belongs to Delphi 5 Runtime library. most probably The Programs you are trying to start requires object Pascal. Pascal is a programming language. You may have a Borland program attempting to start.

You can fix this by downloading and installing The Delphi 5 library. Extract the files and run the included .exe file to install. This will write the appropriate files to the Windows\System32 directory.

Hello , The missing files APVXDWIN.ex belong to Panda antivirus. i Think You should contact Panda Assistance for help , a better option would be that You Should uninstall Panda and install a better antivirus like Avast if you want a free one. You should also insure your computer is completely virus/malware-free before you try and install a new antivirus
