You could download the windows xp driver of intel 865G from here and try to install it on your windows vista machine in compatability mode. Just download the file and right click on the setup file and choose windows xp in compatability mode and then install it in your vista machine. Reboot your pc and then check if it works or not.

Thanks for taking some time to replyin to my query... But i have a big problem... I downloaded Windows Vista drivers and installed it on my Windows 7 machine... Now the graphics seems good. But the problem is i can't enable Aero feature... I mean Aero effect doesn't come. I know how it looks as i have it on the other computer...! Can anyone help me with this..! Thanks Again..!

I am having exacly the same problem, finding the drivers for the chipset Intel R 865G for Windows 7 Ultimate.. and I have seen that you have installed the one for Windows Vista and it worked, could you please tell me the link because I was trying to find but I didn't get anything. Please help me out!.. Cheers
