angry CMD doesn't seems to be working

    Hello Friends,

I'm having a strange problem on my system. Whenever i try to type anything in cmd, it doesn't shows me any result on my screen. When i try to type command such as netstat or ipconfig, this command are shown as unrecognized command on my screen. I don't understand why i'm having such problem on my pc, but it seems to be like my cmd has been locked. Can anybody help me out to get rid of the above issue? any kind of help would be appreciated.

    Thanks a lot.

Checked that the actually cmd.exe is there? and its from the correct drive, C:/ drive. Check Windows for the 'cmd.exe'.

Try using a virus scan and see what happens. A bitdefender will be nice, try the trial period one and see what happens.

Another way to check is: Control Panel --> System --> Advanced -> Environment Variables. There is probably an extensionless file named "cmd" in your Windows folder (or one of the PATHs before c:\windows\system32). Running "cmd.exe" as suggested should work.

Hope so it might help you to resolve your problem.
