Catalyst Software 7.8 CRT invalid display type

Hello , I Am HaVing Lots of Issue With the Ati Catalyst 7.8 version Software , It Is Generating a error message in the Event Viewer , I Have Ati Radeon and viewsonic monitor ,I have Try with Several versions of the Catalyst and did not Face any Problem . althought it not causing any issue but in the Event viewer I Had this Error Source is "ati2mtag" category is "CRT" event ID "45062" Can you tell me What be the Actual solution To remove these Error Thanks in Advance

737-29385: Event Log Error: ati2mtag: CRT invalid display type

Symptoms:
When a digital panel connected to the graphics card the Windows system log will show the error CRT invalid display type, the source is ati2mtag. This occurs with Catalyst 7.7 and higher

Solution:
This error will not cause any issues to the system or performance. If you do not want to see the error, the workaround is to install Catalyst 7.6.
ATI Engineering has been advised of this issue and is investigating. Any updates will be published when they become available.

Previously reported with cat 7.7 and 7.8. Still a problem with 7.9.

But at least there is now a ticket and they are 'investigating'.

ATI Radeon cards have poor dual monitor support. It can crash Windows just by playing a movie file if dual monitor output is enabled. It's a "known bug" says ATI. Make sure your config is set to just one screen. Also, run DxDiag on Windows and test your Direct3D output. The solution is to revert back to the catalyst 7.6 drivers. A bit lame if you ask me. Anyway, I hope this helps.
