    Standard Mode or Expert Mode

    hie friends,

I want to install ISPConfig. When I am about to install ISPConfig, it gives me
two options - standard mode or expert mode.

Which mode is better ? Please give me your suggestions......
    What do you recommend ?

    thanks..

    Standard Mode -
In standard mode the installer assumes standard values for you Linux distribution which may not always be correct (but in most cases).

    Expert Mode -
In expert mode you will be asked about those values which gives you the possibility to change them.

Important Note : ISPConfig is meant to be installed on new Linux installations with no web sites, so if you run a server with hundreds of web sites and need a control panel that can take care of those existing web sites, then ISPConfig is not for you!

Make sure you have the c and c++ compilers installed on your server (gcc and cpp).

Re: Standard Mode or Expert Mode

If you want to enter the values by yourself, then go for expert mode for ISPConfig installation.
During installation, it will ask you to enter the values.

Otherwise, if you are not aware of which values to put, then go for standard mode. I
n this the installer will put the values itself during installation.

I will recommend you to go for Expert mode ( if you know the values/entries ).
