if I want to conclude my PC I get a screen. where antivirus is fully updated and has no virus/trojan/malware issues ,I think it is a virus or something. but I do not what. And my internet is very slow, was not. Who can help me. I have windows vista. Who can help me?

this program should be part of Vista. What exactly I do not know , I suspect that the users on your system maintained. It could also be a virus. Because Google does virus, spyware and other creatures back under this name. Scan your system again and see what the scanner can capture.

Find the file once on the hard disk (using the Windows search function).
What is the path of the executable
When you right click + Properties asks, then you look at the gegvens of the file (manufacturer, version, ...)

Did you happen Driver Magician Program installed on your PC properly?, I have the same problem since I've done that, and if you groupmanager.exe the job with you right click and view properties it shows that the'' C: / Program Files / Driver Magician''as to file location .. but maybe it is a virus that can hide under programs? maybe a trojan?, with driver magician now see what the outcome will be.

(For me it is under''Driver Magician''but you can get by another installed software to let me know please

I am not able to get any definitive answer as to whether it is malware, that is why I did not send you to the virus/malware forum. Given its effect on your computer's shutdown, it certainly behaves like malware. Have you tried going into msconfig and prevented it from starting up in the first place? try here Prevention against spyware and viruses

Has anyone found any answers to this issue? I have groupmgr.exe keeping me from shutting down too. My file is found in c:\programs files\Dvix installer. I contacted Dvix about thr issue and they said that it was NOT part of their package. My problem started after running spybot search and destroy. I have done three different spyware and two different maleware scans and it still does not show up on any of them. Nor can I open it or run it? Mine is 31.5KB but it is taking 32Kb on my disk? There is no product name listed in properties, just a copyright date of 2008. It's language is nutral and it's version is 1.0.0.5. I do know that it DID NOT come with the original system, as its creation date is much newer then my computer system. It has a weird modified date too. It was created on 4/15/09 @ 10:56:46pm, but it was modified on 4/15/09 @ 10:22:05am, and accessed on same date @ 10:59:46pm; how can a file be modified before it is created and accessed? I am still reasearching this and will post on answer if I find one. I am half tempted to create a restore point and then delete it to see what happens; has anyone done this yet?
