    Format vista partition

    hello,

    I have a small problem, I want to format my vista main partition (C) but I can not if possible could you give me the procedure! I hope you can help me.

    Hello,

    As you have a PC brand HP, Packard etc.? If so, just restart the PC and press the F10 or F11 depending on the brand of your PC. Features ...

    Before formatting, what is your problem? it is a shame to remove all.

    Format Vista from an Vista DVD.

    To format the partition C:, in fact, you have to install Vista from the Vista DVD on the C: see here.

    In summary, you insert the CD / DVD Windows Vista in your drive. You restart the PC to boot from the Vista DVD.

    If you have multiple partitions, in the "What type of installation you want to do? You choose Custom Install (Advanced) to select the partition C:
    Vista will ask to format the partition C: for a new Vista installation.

    You can do it bye using Acronis Disk Management Software or Partition magic. launch Acronis Disk Director and choose "Check" in the right-click emerging menu when clicked on C: partition. If there is nothing wrong the most probably it is a Windows Vista errors (it is still Beta). In this case please just format this partition and install Vista again.
