Runtime Error while launching the client software

I am having Reliance Netconnect. When i try to launch client software there is a error warning “Runtime Error…” I don't know whats the problem ?

If the error warning includes “Can Not Find C:\Program Files \ Common Files \ System \ ado \ msado15.dll”, maybe the notebook computer has installed some finance software or other statistics software, and this software conflicts with the client software.

Uninstall the finance software. If you have set a system restore point, use the Windows [system restore] program to restore the operating system. If the solution above cannot resolve the issue, re-install the operating system.
