Hi,
I am owner of an operating system Vista Home Premium with purchased with a key. The problem starts when I format my pc (business logistics), and trying
activate vista in line with the key that I have (on sticker), an error message
occurs is called the product key is already used. What will I do? Besides, I do not know how to contact microsoft.

You can try to activate over the phone explaining your problem to the operator. I had the same problem, I called Microsoft and they issued me my new key.
