lhost.exe error in windows xp

I have a problem with Windows XP SP2.at every 2 minutes comes an error message (lhsot.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close) by lhost.exe:

AppName: lhost.exe AppVer: 6.32.0.0 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1106 Offset: 000255e9

hi,
dllhost.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. In other cases, dllhost.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm! Check with Security Task Manager.
