Back up your data files, check to see your hardware that might need drivers (video/soud/ethernet) then reformat the entire drive with the operating system that you intend to use and reload. You have a busted install.
start your pc in xp pro , 1st remove the windows, program files and document and settingsmap you homexp manually. go through how to implement it and type 'msconfig' in , it opens a window "System Configuration Utility"
choose it first for boot.ini and boot paths check. you will now have to question the rule of xp home to remove. click yes and from then you will always pro boot without boot menu choice.
