Corrupt Accounts on XP Pro sp3??

I have been having some issues with Office 2003 professional. I have noticed under Documents and Settings I have entries for my known accounts but I also can see 2 that have me concerned. Marked in photo.

There are entries in this directory, but they are not users within my Users and Groups. see photo_2

How to tell of these are legit?

I was working setting up a Home network recently. Would these have made such entries without having users in the Users and Groups?

    Can/Should I delete these folders??

    Thanks

Yes, chances are they are temp files for the network. If you are concerned to a point of paranoid well, I would contact Microsoft. However my belief is that they are temp files for the network. The default network is
    MSHOME
    or WORKGROUP
They are most likely temp files and they should be fine. What are you fearing they may be?

My fear is that another problem I am having seems to be dealing with accounts and privileges.

Please see my posts related to problems with Office 2003 Professional.

Ok let me ask this really quick, with the issues you are having with your Microsoft office programs. Do you happen to have any spyware, anti virus programs running?

Yes, I run Avast and have been for quite a long time.
The issue I'm having seems to be related to the recent reinstall of Office and the application of Windows Updates.

I can get my account to work with Office 2003 if I do the following, but it is not a permanent fix.

I created a new Admin account. I can run all of the Office 2003 programs from there.
I opened each Office program from the newAdmin account. Then, as per the temp fix I mentioned, I opened Regedit, went to HKCurrentUser, Microsoft, Office and exported the reg entries to known location.
Logged off New Admin account. Logged on with my Regular Admin account,
opened regedit,Microsoft, Office and imported the reg file that I had just exported.

Went to Office 2003 and opened Outlook, Access and Word without a problem.

THen deleted the New Admin account.

But this fix quit working when I shut down the machine and rebooted.

During the install process, shut down Avast, windows firewall. Also another step you can take is installing in safe mode, make sure there is no background software running. Try these steps and get back to me.
