I try to find a solution for you try to follow this Restart Windows in Safe mode. To do so, restart your computer, press and Startup menu appears, and then choose Safe Mode. Now click on Start, go to Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Information. On the Tools menu, click on System Configuration Utility and General tab will appear over here clickon Advanced. Now click to select the Limit Memory To <n> MB check box, and set the value to 16 megabytes (MB).Then click on OK twice and restart your computer normally.
