Not able to install Windows 7

People I have Windows XP SP2.
I downloaded Windows 7 and used Daemon Tools to emulate for the image,
I tried to open it as a program any (as you can do with Ubuntu Linux)
my question is when I click the Setup.exe a message saying I don't have the permission required

No bad sectors found
no virus protection in BIOS
have been installing vista x64 no probs there
will check the checksums

Save the image on a DVD, select the BIOS to boot from the DVD-ROM drive, leave the DVD in the drive of Win7 and connect the PC.
