Change Windows language

Is it possible to change the language of Windows operating system installed previously? I wanted to use different language on my Windows computer.

You can do so with the help of "Regional and Language Options" wizards. Look Change the display language in Windows XP & Windows Vista here for more information.

All you need is Microsoft Windows XP Professional (32-bit) SP2 to install this pack.
