Having Laptop Issues

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to work on my laptop, but i'm having some issue while working on it. Whenever i turn on my laptop, it firstly boots normally and after some times it gets locked up. It then shows me completely black screen or it again get boot up. It happens every after 5 minutes. I don't understand what exactly problem i'm facing. Does nay one have any idea about this issue? Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

The best way to get rid out of this issue is to use your warranty card and get it repaired as soon as possible. If your laptop is having any major hardware issue then they might replace it.

I think the fan has blocked and it gets overheated. This also happened with mine, where it would intermittently work, then refuse to, then it just stopped altogether suddenly and as I said it was the cable between the two burning out that caused the problems. Check the bottom of your unit to make sure the 4 rubber feet are still attached as these give some ground clearance to the fan mounted on the underside of the notebook. Also when ever possible, try resting it up on 4 CD cases, one under each corner, or something similar, just if in case it is getting any warm touch.

You might have to reset the memory on your computer and then see if it boots after that. Make sure you remove battery when reseting RAM. Secondly what you can do is send it to your manufacturer, if you have any warranty on it. Because i think you have a bad motherboard from the looks of it.
