Portable applications for Mac Os X?

times I wanted to ask whether such "Portable Appz" is also for Mac?

I know this is out of the box with Mac programs is fairly easy to install by drag & drop, but for my circumstances so I am looking for something urgent.

No, not quite, I meant as for Windows (in the first link). Something like Photoshop, etc.
