Blue screen problem with vista

I formatted my laptop some days aI deleted all my windows vista acer me without making a backup CD and reinstall my windows vista. since eRecovery style options do not work. and 2 days since I meet the concerns of a blue window blue screen well my PC will boot in normal mode and then freezes and blue window appears and restarts against any worries by mode failure I would like to know if it was possible to recover my acer windows vista without cd and how?
