    Access is denied while opening mp3 songs

    Hi,

    I am having Windows XP and have recently repair my Windows after that i am not able to play Mp3 songs which are in Drive D:.Whenever i try to open the file i am getting an error message as "Mp3 songs is not accessible- access is denied" similar type of message. Can anyone me out with this error message.

    When you said that you had repair your PC, was it from a virus? If that case than virus has already spread to your other partitions like drive d: or drive e: etc. In this case you need to have a good anti virus software for it.

    Have a look in your d: drive using windows explorer, for the files or use windows search for .mp3, they should still be there.
    If there than open the drive by right clicking on it and click open. If not go to command prompt, then type this del f:\autorun.inf*.* /f/s/q/a then reboot your PC and now you would be able to find your mp3 songs.
