    Linux partition is not recognized?

    Hello,

    I have at boot camp creates a partition on which I now wanted to install Fedora 8, that is, cd in, rebooted ... with the installation of fedora but somehow does not recognize the partition .. So if I choose to be where fedora to be installed is because only the hard disk as a whole, capacity is the total size of the hard disk as ...
    what's not?

    You should boot camp with no Linux partitions installed. Installing first rEFIt, Then Partitioning your Mac using the Disk Utility that you have three partitions (without the EFI partition), the second and third in size, later in the Linux and the swap partition should be formatted. Then you boot test of the Linux installation CD and choose the format for the two previously created partitions aus.Grub you should be in the boot sector of the Linux partition, not in the MBR.

    Or you can simply boot camp with a partition for Linux.
