Hi I have a problem, I lack a certain file, and go anywhere I can not find. This is a file pxhelp20.sys if someone could tell me where I could download, or somehow send it and where do I install it, it would be very grateful.

Do you have Plextor or Roxio? I wouldn't zap the driver until I knew what it was actually for. You might end up with no CD-ROM.
Did you uninstall Nero through Programs and Features? If you did, using Windows Explorer...navigate to C:\Programs and delete the Nero folder. There may be more folders related to Nero, such as "Record Now' so you'll have to take a look, but be very careful.

File PxHelp20.sys is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers. Known file sizes on Windows XP.
The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. The program is not visible. There is no detailed description of this service. The file is not a Windows system file. PxHelp20.sys seems to be a compressed file.
