If you are having a dual booting with Vista just boot from your Vista disk, run startup repair. This will cause you pc to boot straight into Vista when you can recover the Ubuntu partitions .

There is One more way of doing it

    1. Click Start - - >Right Click computer and Click Manage.

    2. Then Click Storage>Disk management.

You should see your Ubuntu Partition and you can delete it from there.
