remember what i type

when i type in the condition of a book on amazon it does not remember.my laptop use to but i had to get new hard drive. so how do i fix this as i am not much on the computer

Well can you explain your problem in detail about what is happening actually?
What do you mean by "condition of a book"?
Where you type this? (Internet Explorer or any other browser?)
You have new hard disk that means your previous bookmarks for websites are not available for you is that what you are concerned with?

if i was to type GOOD READEABLED BOOK THEN LIST BOOK THEN I GO TO TYPE SAME WHEN I LIST ANOTHER WHEN I TYPE G THEN GOOD READEABLE BOOK SHOULD COME UP UNDER I SO I COULD CLICK ON IT AND IT WILL PASTE IN THE BOX. THE SAME KINDA LIKE IF YOU WERE TYPING A ULR IT SHOWS DIFFERENT ONES BELOW SO IF WHT YOU WANT IS THERE YOU CLICK ON IT AND IT PASTES. I HOPE THIS EXPLAINS IT TO YOU

Well I got your point but can you tell me that which browser (IE, Firefox, Opera etc.) are you using?
Do you have any toolbar installed for the same? (like google toolbar, yahoo toolbar etc.)
The feature to remember the previous search names or the words must be deactivated on the browser.
Just activate the service of the browser.

The Ulr's Stay It Is When I Am In Internet Explorer That It Does Not Remember Them As I Am In A Web Site And I Type In Something In The Search Box When I Go Back To That Box And Start To Type Or Double Click On It It Did Not Remember What I Typed

For IE versions 5.0-6.0:

Open IE and go to Tools > Internet Options.
Click the Content tab.
Under Personal Information, select AutoComplete.
Select all check boxes in use auto complete for options
Click OK.

I think doing this will solve your problem.
