Where would i get Windows Vista Premium Key number?

Hello Friends,

Recently i was trying to install my bluetooth device on my laptop. I had install Window Vista on it. When i was trying to install my bluetooth device it was asking me to enter my License number or Serial number, but earlier when i used Windows xp it never asked me for any License number or Serial number. Can any one help me, where would i get my License number or Serial number? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

If you have install windows vista on your system using the original vista disc, then you will find the serial number or license number at the back of your vista disc. You can also try to find out serial number by inserting your vista disc in your cd- rom. Then Right click on your cd-rom by going in to your My Computer and then select Explore option. In that you will find a text document know as serial number. Open that text document and you will be able to see your serial number.

All you need is to just go to your Control panel-->System Maintenance-->
Find which version of Windows you are using--> Then click on Show more details. And there you will find your Serial number.
