You need to upgrade your browser. Mozilla 0.95 is no longer on the latest standard

no, It happens in the normal Internet Explorer. I dont use mozilla!

Do you use the normal beta version of Internet Explorer 8. That's bad times. Beta versions can cause unforeseen problems. But perhaps you should install Service Pack 1. if information on current browser, then a reasonably current operating system.
Try another Dwonload manager / other browser. Internet connectivity? Installed software?
