Windows issue

Hi friends,
I am facing an issue with my Computer.Recently i have Download an Spyware Detector from Internet and after that i am facing an issue like

• USB's not working.
• Lost adminstrator privileges.

i have also tried to Uninstall the Spyware Detetctor, but still facing the same issue.Can anyone help me out with this issue ?

I am using Windows XP Sp2. Please provide me with a good solution.

I think if you try to repair install of the O/S, That should get your usb and administrator privileges working.

Majority of the time it works.I hope it will work for you also.
