Do this error occur with all the users on your computer?and If you are the single user using that pc , try creating a new user through Control Panel -> User Accounts and do a test again please.by opening my document folder as you said The next time it occurs ,Please check your Event Viewer (application logs) for information on errors/warnings/and information items occurring around Double click on the errors and post the information here for us to have a look at. To open Event Viewer, go to Start...Run...and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter...that should contain some further info which will be helpful so feel free to copy n paste the contents or provide some screenshots.
