With a basic issue as the family edition, we must define the key to the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System \ HideFastUserSwitching

to 0 instead of 1. With regedit.
