stop : 0X00000024 on Dell Laptop

Hello yesterday by turning my Dell 9300 laptop it displays:
    stop : 0X00000024 (0X00190203,0X812BD108,0XC0000102,0X00000000) a blue screen and the following codes: STOP: 0X00000024 (0X00190203, 0X812BD108, 0XC0000102, 0X00000000)

Following is a defragmentation attempts failed. I want to know if I can troubleshoot alone or should I wait for the store? I eventually want to restore windows, as if the computer left the factory with the key F10 or F11 I think, but if we can confirm me how to do this. Also the error screen is the only thing that appears, I do not have access to Windows, can I still restore it by pressing F10 or F11?
Thank you, I hope to find a quick answer, thank you in advance

    Hello,
If XP?, Put the system on several tapes and immediately after the F8 key in the options menu advanced Win XP choose "Last Known Good Configuration" and tell us about the result.

    0X00000024
    = NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM = NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
This value in the screen of death indicates that a problem occurred in ntfs.sys, (the driver file that allows the system to read and write commands NTFS).
    Possible causes:
    - Corruption in the file system to NTFS.
    - Areas of hard disk HS.
    - IDE Driver.

0X00000024 can also cause the overflow of memory, but not likely in case your memory unless HS (easy to check with memtest). Tries to run a check disk "scandisk" by booting from a bootable media that will give you an overview of the health of your HDD.
