Finally I found the solution to cloning Vista on any desktop or laptop PC.
Download mergeide.zip from http://drpcdr.ca/mergeide.zip
Unzip it and run mergeide.reg. It prevents stop error 0x0000007b

What does it mean by cloning of Vista? Is it something like Ghost utility, that creates an image of an OS which can be mounted on other PCs?
