i am looking for antivirous for my operating system(Vista premium x64). i tired avast but it does'nt work.i am looking antivirous program

have you downloaded compatible version of avast for your os.
Avira antivirous is a popular free application for AV these days, as with AVG and Avast Home. you can get from here also.

There are a few of us here running Vista x64 and Avast and have no issues to my knowledge.I Wonder why your system crashed?
