Unable to delete folder in Windows vista

I have a folder of photos and movies on my desktop and can not delete I am not authorized for that operation. I have windows vista.

can anyone help me

download as Unlocker, this small program you can do the following folder:

1.Installing
2. right-click the folder and select Unlocker



3. the folder is blocked by a program than it appears:



4. Unlock all Select 'no action', and then choose Unlock all
