    - Download HijackThis from Merijn on your desktop.
    - Click Install to run HijackThis
    - If you're on Vista: Right click>> Run as administrator
    - Double-click on HijackThis
    - Generate a report by following these instructions:
    - Run it and click Do a scan and save log file.
    - The report opens as a notepad
    - Glue the report here, for this:
    - Edit / Select All
    - Edit / Copy
    - Here in a new message: right click and paste

OK thank you for your Help.
But I went to a small tower next to the register and changed the value of "HideFileExt" I was assigned 0.
For info => Open the Registry Editor
    Open: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Advanced".
Create (or edit) a new string value and name it "HideFileExt.
    Set it to "0".
And the worst is that good and probably not more.
Thank you again for your info

This is the malware that has changed it, if you do not remove it, you're infected!
Your system is not up to date, so a colander virus.

MalwareBytes have changed the BDR to restore her.
