Problem with USB power while installing XP

    Hello,
I have a Lenovo 3000 N200 model A42 running Vista. I want to replace and install a new hard drive (nine): a SATA (Samsung HM160) with XP SP2. I got on the site lenovo AHCI driver of the laptop. I copied the driver on a floppy disk through a drive A: plugged into the USB port.
I started the installation by pressing F6. The driver was recognized. The hard drive C: was formatted. Then it asked what disk to install XP. I select the C: drive newly formatted correctly.
    The following message appears:
    "insert disk named:
    Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver
    in the reader:
    entry type "
At this stage, the floppy drive is no longer recognized. I tried several manip by disconnecting / reconnecting drive A: on the usb, outgoing / inserting the disk. Nothing happens. While the previous calls, the same drive A: was recognized. (the reader is recognized when I plugged into another computer).

Here I am stuck and did not find a solution ...

PS: When I return the old hard disk, it starts as before under vista.

Verify that the driver you selected is correct:

You have chosen to configure a SCSI Adapter for use with Windows, using a device support disk provided by an adapter manufacturer.
Select the SCSI adapter you want from the following list, or press ESC to return to the previous screen.
Intel (R) 82801HEM SATA RAID Controller (Mobile ICH8M-E)
    Intel (R) 82801HEM/HBM ACHI SATA Controller (Mobile ICH8M-E / M)
Intel (R) 82801HR/HH/HO SATA RAID Controller (Desktop ICH8R)
Intel (R) 82801HR/HH/HO SATA AHCI Controller (Desktop ICH8R)

Select the "Intel (R) 82801HEM/HBM ACHI SATA Controller (Mobile ICH8M-E / M)" and press Enter. The following message is displayed.

    Greetings

Entering the BIOS Setup, you can disable SATA.
With that you would not need to make drivers already with the floppy drive.
"For my part I found the solution: In the BIOS (F1 key to boot the PC), go to the Advanced menu, and adjust the settings on the SATA mode" compatibility "and not AHCI."
