0xc00002e1 error on Windows 2003 server

Small worries on the server. On starting Windows 2003 server, we are getting a window and the error message as 0xc00002e1 and boot is impossible. I searched on the site and found this page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/258062
But no way to arrive for windows, and F8 does not allow me to choose Safe Mode or anything. The server is a Dell PowerEdge T105.

    Dell do not helped me...
I boot from the CD and tried repairing Windows but it does not repairs.

Need ideas to get out of this situation.

You'd do it too early when the bios of your server that interprets the key question (and probably offers a boot device)

Try a bootable CD to take your data backup. And then reinstall the operating system.
