How to achieve the recovery partition?

Should I change handset but are "terrified" by the anarchic breakdown of the disc.
I put eyes on a course that HP will have this blessed partition recovery.
I wonder, but a serving? Once I create the recovery disks (the famous 2 DVD where no one knows what's inside) which is the difference between them and partition?
I can create a disk operating system with all the configurations of the factory (including drivers, software and themes) from the recovery partition or recovery disks?

Well, I look at the work I formatted, made two partition keeping my job, I used a copy of Vista to reinstall it, now that I have a license code regularly paid, so obviously I was activated without problems.

Unfortunately, the laptops are too many Strozzi, pay the license you want to make a dvd itself with the OS.

Partition Recovery allows you to restore the notebok the conditions of the factory in case of problems. I am on my Dell I planed all clean and reinstalled Vista also because if you have a minimum knowledge / experience due to cause the total IMPOSSIBLE usage of computers and hard.
