Registry Editor ?

Hello , my REGISTER-EDITOR disappeared in VISTA! When I want a *. reg file to import it opens with SCRAPBOOK instead that the change in the registry enter.
i don't know what to do, I have been searching the solution.

please help.

Hi,
open with. right to one. reg file, and go to open with.
Choose browse, and then go to Windows/system32/regedit.exe or regedit32.exe. Click on that file. Put the tick back always open. (V visible)

Indeed, this should work if it does not work you can just run system restore that institution and then you put it back
