Run a batch file after logging in from a locked computer

I have a batch file that runs ever time a user logs in. This file runs a program that users use to clock in and out. I was wondering, if there is a way to run this batch file every time they authenticate, even when there computer is just locked and not logged out.

NT will not run batch files at log-off if I remember correctly - only at log-on.
