Error Event ID 1003

Hi,
I have a problem with a couple of my Windows 2003sp2 servers, at random they crash with the following info

Error code 000000d1, parameter1 00000008, parameter2 d0000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 b995d766

I cant track down any details on the 4th parameter, this is the specifier for the probelm, can anyone help me out please.
