Blue screen at startup

Hi,

In recent days, sometimes when you start my PC at the end of loading Vista (Welcome screen writing) the PC crashes and I see a blue screen with error 0x0000007F (0x00000008 or 0x8014F000 and the rest 0).
I go to Safe Mode without a problem.

But for the normal mode is uncertain. It may restart 10 times consecutively, or when the first shots. Although for some days, the crashes are much more frequent.

I have nothing overclocked and it is not overheating as AC plant even cold ...

What could this be? Thank you

I have not tested the memory.
I will do with memtest86 back and I say the result.
