Hello,
I am running Windows Vista 32 and I am a little tired of rebooting my pc when I use my linux.
So I think to test a virtualization solution to pass easily from one to another and also (why not) try Mac OS X (I had a mac but it goes back to ancient times: lol
What do you think? VMware Workstation or VirtualBox?
Where can I find them?

You can not virtualize Mac OS X anyway
Otherwise, memory, VMware was much more efficient, at least on OS X, but I am not familiar with VirtualBox
